TASTING KIT: Palette - The Art of Tasting
Comfortable! Palette is ergonomic: firmly held with one hand only.
Ecologic! Made entirely of biodegradable materials.
Useful! The bag that contains it, is reused as a bread sack.
Cheap! Built with cheap materials and simple manufacturing techniques, hosts glass and bowls which are already commercially available and widely distributed.
The ecokit Palette, conceived in collaboration with Sylvie Renault, has been selected to participate in the sixth Food design exhibition - Eataly, Turin from October 15th to 25th and London Metropolitan University from Novemebr 9th to 28th. The kit should be used during fairs and public events in the areas dedicated to the Torino Chamber of commerce.

UN KIT PER DEGUSTARE: Palette - L’Arte del Gusto
Pratica! Ergonomica, si tiene saldamente con una mano sola.
Ecologica! Interamente realizzata con materiali biodegradabili.
Utile! Il sacchetto che la contiene si riutilizza come portapane.
Economica! Costruita con materiali a basso costo e con tecniche di lavorazione semplici, ospita in sé ciotole e bicchiere già esistenti in commercio e diffusamente distribuiti.
L'Ecokit Palette, disegnato in collaborazione con Sylvie Renault, è stato selezionato per essere esposto alla sesta edizione della mostra Food Design che si terrà presso Eataly (Torino) dal 18 al 28 ottobre 2010 e presso la London Metropolitan University (Londra) dal 9 al 28 novembre 2010. Il kit monouso biodegradabile è pensato per la degustazione guidata di prodotti del territorio all’interno degli spazi istituzionali della Camera di commercio di Torino durante Saloni e manifestazioni pubbliche.
